Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 has a score of 63.3, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8's general score of 54.1. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 has the previous 4.4 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. The Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 construction is thicker and much heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8.

The Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 features a greater processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory and a Quad-Core processor, the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 also has an additional graphics processor and a 64 bits processor. Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 has a much better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 1920, a larger display and a just a little higher display density.

Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 has a superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a much better 8 megapixels resolution back facing camera. The Amazon Fire HD 8 features more memory for games and applications than Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 128 GB.

Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 counts with a really longer battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 8.

Although Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Amazon Fire HD 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Amazon Fire HD 8. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8, giving up some specifications.
