The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8, getting a 62.5 score against 54.1. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus is a newer device, and it's also a little bit lighter and just a little thinner than Amazon Fire HD 8. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has 7.0 Nougat version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version, providing the user a couple additional features and performance optimizations.
