The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a global score of 66.9, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8's global score of 54.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 body is way newer, but way heavier and just a bit thicker than the Amazon Fire HD 8. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 works with Windows 10 operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a better processor than Amazon Fire HD 8, because although it has lesser CPU cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a more vivid screen than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a much larger screen, more pixels per display inch and a way higher resolution of 2736 x 1824.
