OSCAL ELITE 1 is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, having a score of 67.1 against 54.1. The OSCAL ELITE 1 body is way newer, a little bit thinner and a lot lighter than the Amazon Fire HD 8. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has 14 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop.
OSCAL ELITE 1 counts with a much better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, more pixels per inch in the display and a really larger screen.
