The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, having a general score of 65 against 54.1. The Amazon Fire HD 8 features a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB.

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) costs a lot more than Amazon Fire HD 8, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
