Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a score of 77.5, which is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8's score of 54.1. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro construction is newer than Amazon Fire HD 8's, although it is incredibly thicker and noticeably heavier. These tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop, counting with some additional features and some performance improvements.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a slightly better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a bit better pixels density, a bigger display and a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has just a little better hardware performance than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has 64 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a very superior battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 8.
