Even though Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) is just a little thicker than the Acer Iconia W510, it's extremely lighter and way newer. The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Acer Iconia W510 works with Windows 8 operating system.
