The Google Pixel Slate has a global score of 79.3, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s general score of 58.6. The Google Pixel Slate is an older and way heavier device than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but Google was able to build it way thinner anyway. The Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS OS, and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie OS.
Google Pixel Slate counts with a better screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a much bigger screen, a way better 3000 x 2000 resolution and a way higher number of pixels per inch in the display. Google Pixel Slate counts with a much greater memory for applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) counts with a little faster CPU than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with 2 more processing cores.
