Google Pixel Slate Review

Google Pixel Slate is a great Chrome OS tablet device launched in November 2018, provisioned with a large 12.3 inches screen, a very fast Dual-Core CPU ticking at 1500 MHz, an 8 MP back side camera and an 8 MP front side camera.

The Google Pixel Slate is only available in blue color. The Google Pixel Slate is very thin and practical, with a thickness of just 0.28 inches. This device is quite a compact portable tablet, taking into account that it has a 12.3 inches screen and it only has 11.45 inches long. Regarding its materials, the Google Pixel Slate is majorly built with Aluminum . Google didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 25.79 oz tablet.

Google decided to build this tablet with a Intel Core-i7 8500Y system chip, backed up by a very powerful Dual-Core processor ticking at 1500 megahertz with a huge 16 GB RAM. A good point of this tablet is its astonishing 256 GB internal memory and even though it doesn't have a slot for an SD memory card, it it is more than enough to store hundreds of apps and even the largest games available nowadays without worrying about running out of space at all.

This tablet has two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back facing camera and an 8 MP front-facing camera. It is capable of capturing videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 fps.

Google packed this device with a good level 12.3-inches screen, and a 3000 x 2000 resolution, which makes everything look very nice.

This tablet offers WiFi capability (which can be provided to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot). This tablet doesn't use a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM services.

This tablet also comes with a handful of useful characteristics as Fingerprint Sensor and Bluetooth (4.2 ), and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Accelerometer and Gyroscope.

This tablet is not very cheap considering it is sold for 1599 dollars, and some similar tablet devices are sold for much less than that. If you you love taking pictures, are looking for a tablet for work, want it mostly for social networks and internet browsing or want this tablet to play lots of games, you will definitely love this tablet.
