Apple iPad Air (2019) has a global score of 85.9, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel Slate's global score of 79.3. The Apple iPad Air (2019) is a somewhat thinner and a lot lighter tablet device than Google Pixel Slate, even though both of them were released with only a couple of months difference.
IPad Air (2019) counts with a way better hardware performance than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and a 64-bit processor. Google Pixel Slate and iPad Air (2019) count with extremely similar displays, because although the iPad Air (2019) has a just a bit worse screen pixels density, a quite smaller screen and a much lower 1668 x 2224 resolution, it also counts with a little bit more screen brightness.
IPad Air (2019) captures slightly better photos and videos than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a way smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low light images and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a same resolution back-facing camera, the iPad Air (2019) also counts with higher video frame rates.
