The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) features a superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) also has a back camera with a way higher resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), else you can save some money and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), resigning some specs and features.
