Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has an overall score of 76.7, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s 58.6 global score. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has older 13 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is much heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), it's incredibly thinner and also newer.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a way better processing power than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a slightly better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a lot bigger screen, more pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The Galaxy Tab S8 has much more memory to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features a much better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a back camera with a lot better 13 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S8, else you can save some money and get the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), letting go a couple features and specs.
