The iPad 4 is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), with a global score of 70.8 against 59.7. The iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. IPad 4 is a heavier but a bit thinner tablet device than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).
The Apple iPad 4 has a much better display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a bigger screen, a higher pixels number in each inch of screen and a lot better 1536 x 2048px resolution. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) features a bit better processor than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has just a bit bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than iPad 4, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1000 GB. The iPad 4 features a very superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a way more MP back facing camera and a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
Apple iPad 4's battery life is just as good as the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) one.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Apple iPad 4, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), letting go a couple features and specs.
