The Huawei MediaPad X2 has an overall score of 72.7, which is way better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 overall score. Despite of the fact that Huawei MediaPad X2 is much older than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), it's design is thinner and much lighter. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has the older 5.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a much sharper display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1920 x 1200 resolution and a lot higher display density. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with a very superior memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad X2, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 has just a bit better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a 64-bits processing unit and 4 more processing cores. The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a way better battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).
The Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a much better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much better (Full HD) video quality and a camera with a lot better resolution.
Although Huawei MediaPad X2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad X2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), resigning some features and specs.
