Huawei MediaPad X2 is an impressive tablet released some years ago, in 2015, which features an exceptional 64-bit Octa-Core processor (it's actually a Quad-Core at 2000 megahertz and a Quad-Core ticking at 1500 MHz), a good size 7-inches multi touch screen, and 2 cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 5 mega-pixels front-facing camera.
Huawei decided to sell this tablet with an extremely powerful 64 bit Octa-Core CPU (although they are really a Quad-Core at 2 GHz and an extra Quad-Core at 1.5 GHz), bundled in the HiSilicon Kirin 930 system chip and a great 3 GB RAM memory. A great point of the Huawei MediaPad X2 is its 32 GB large internal storage memory and an SD card slot, which allows the user to store lots of apps, games, pictures and videos without worrying about how much memory is left.
Huawei didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 8.78 ounces device. Being just 0.28" thick,the Huawei MediaPad X2 is slim and practical. Though this tablet only has 7.22 inches long, it is able to fit a a 7 inches screen. This device is available only in gold color.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 is equipped with a gorgeous 7" display with a 1920 x 1200 resolution, making everything look completely perfect. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, with a brightness of 450 cd/m2 and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 features two cameras, a 13 megapixels back-facing camera and a 5 MP front facing camera. It also shoots videos in Full HD 1920x1080. This tablet device also counts with some nice features: auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting and geo tagging.
This tablet has WiFi capability (and it can be provided to other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE-A 4G super fast connection and also HSPA+ connection type (a bit slower 4G network) and the fastest 3G data connection, over HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The Huawei MediaPad X2 supports dual sim cards so it's able to work with two different phone numbers or carriers.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 also comes with a few interesting characteristics such as Bluetooth and GPS, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
This tablet has a 5000 mAh large Li-Polymer removable battery that can keep it running for many hours without charging it.
Huawei offers the Huawei MediaPad X2 for 399 dollars, which is a really high price for a portable tablet this level. It doesn't matter whether you are a photography fan, want a gamer tablet device, are looking for a social device or need a work device, this device is definitely a very good choice for you.
