Apple iPad Air is a top quality iOS device released in 2013, which features a high-tech 1400 megahertz Dual-Core 64 bits CPU, an enormous 9.7" screen, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 1.2 MP front camera. But it's time to get into some more detail.

Apple did a very good design job making this device weight only 16.86 ounces. This device has an amazing design, with a thickness of just 0.3 inches. To help with graphic intensive games and applications, it also has a 600 MHz PowerVR G6430 graphics processing unit. A good advantage of the iPad Air is the 16 GB quite large internal storage and even though it doesn't count with a slot for an SD memory card, it should be enough to store hundreds of applications, although it may not be enough if you are fan of the largest games currently available.

This device is equipped with two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 1.2 mega-pixels front facing camera. The Apple iPad Air also captures videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 frames per second. This camera also features lots of amazing features like auto-focus, digital image stabilization, HDR mode, face detection shooting, time lapse video and geo tagging.

This device counts with wifi connectivity (and it can be shared with other devices around, acting as a modem), 4G LTE high performance connectivity and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSPA, EV-DO A, EV-DO B and EDGE technologies. The iPad Air uses a Nano SIM card for GSM carriers.

This tablet also comes with a handful of nice features as Bluetooth and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This tablet has an incredible 8820 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery that provides this tablet a marvelous battery life. An issue to consider is that this tablet's battery is non-removable so you can't buy a new battery when it begins to get older, whereas with this big battery you will probably discard this tablet device before that becomes an issue.

Apple sells this tablet for 211 dollars, which is somewhat expensive for comparing with other similar tablets.
