Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has an overall score of 75.8, which is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 global score. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. Although the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is notably older and notably heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), it's design is still thinner.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a little better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have the same number of cores and a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has an additional graphics co-processor. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
