Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has an overall score of 59.7, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's overall score of 58.8. These tablets use Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version, so it provides you some extra features. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) is a much newer and lighter tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, but it's thicker.

Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) features a superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a larger number of cores.
