Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has an overall score of 59.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab's score of 58.6. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) is a newer tablet, and it's also a little lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy Tab. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version.

Galaxy Tab and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) both count with very similar screens, although the Galaxy Tab has a just a little inferior pixel amount per inch in the screen, a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a bit smaller screen.
