Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 67.9, which is a bit better than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's 62.7 overall score. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's construction is much newer, noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD. These tablets use Android operating system, but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a newer 4.4 version and Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has Android 4.0 version, providing the user a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a sharper screen than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much better display pixels density and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a superior hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has more RAM.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a bit better camera than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD. Both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the same video frame rate and a same resolution back camera. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, because it has 64 GB internal memory.
