Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has an overall score of 67.9, which is slightly better than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus's overall score of 63.1. Although it's the best portable tablet in this comparison review, it must be noted that it is also a older, a little thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has an older 4.4 version and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, although it has 4 less processing cores , they both have 2 GB of RAM memory. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a more vivid display than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because it has a quite better screen density, a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a little bigger screen.
Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
