Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.2, which is a bit better than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's 67.9 score. These tablets have the same Android 4.4 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1's construction is a little bit thinner than the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, although it is noticeably heavier and was released just 10 months before.

The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1600 x 2560, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also counts with a little better amount of pixels in each screen inch. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has just a bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has just a bit better processing power than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has more cores and an additional GPU. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. Both have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video definition and a same resolution back-facing camera.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a really longer battery performance than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 not only is the best tablets in this comparison, but it's also very cheap compared to the other ones.
