Comparison review

BlackBerry PlayBook has a general score of 52, which is a little bit better than Amazon Fire's score of 51.1. The BlackBerry PlayBook design is a little thinner than the Amazon Fire, but it's way heavier and was released 5 years before. The BlackBerry PlayBook comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS, while Amazon Fire counts with Android 5.0 OS.

The BlackBerry PlayBook features a processor that's very similar to the processor in Amazon Fire, and although the BlackBerry PlayBook has an additional graphics processor and a greater number of cores (although they are slower), they both have 1 GB of RAM. BlackBerry PlayBook and Amazon Fire have really similar displays, both of them have a better pixel amount in each inch of screen, a screen with the same size and the same exact resolution of 600 x 1024.

The BlackBerry PlayBook captures much better videos and photos than Amazon Fire, because it has a camera with a much better resolution and a lot higher video quality. The BlackBerry PlayBook has just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Fire, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.

BlackBerry PlayBook features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery duration in Amazon Fire.

In addition to being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the BlackBerry PlayBook is also by far the cheapest.
