The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) is a little bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE, getting a 58.6 score against 55.7. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s construction is way newer and much lighter than the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE's, although it's a bit thicker. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has newer 9.0 Pie version while Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE has Android 4.0, so it gives you a couple additional features and performance optimizations.
