Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE, getting a 62.8 score against 55.7. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a much newer device, and it's also a lot lighter and somewhat thinner than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE. These devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version and Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE has Android 4.0 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE counts with a way better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a bit bigger display, a much better 1200 x 1920px resolution and a lot greater number of pixels per inch of display. Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE has a better memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has less cpu cores (although they are faster) and less RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 counts with a superior battery life than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 takes a lot better pictures and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is also by far the cheapest.
