The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is way better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, with a score of 82.4 against 60.8. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) design is extremely newer and a bit thinner than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's, but it is also much heavier. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 works with Android 4.2.2 OS.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a little bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much better display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a much smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels count per screen inch.
