Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a little bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, with a 62.5 score against 60.8. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has older 3.1 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE body is a little bit thinner but extremely heavier than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a way better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better display density and a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has more internal memory.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a much better performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster), an additional graphics co-processor and 1 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE takes a lot better pictures and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
