The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is a little bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 global score. Although it's the best tablet device we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is an older, way heavier and just a little bit thicker tablet device than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has older 4.1 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a larger amount of RAM, a larger number of cores and a much better GPU. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and much more pixels per inch of screen.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) takes greater photographs and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
