Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a newer and thinner tablet than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, but it is a lot heavier. These tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has an older 11 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.
