Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a score of 69 against 60.8. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has the previous 11 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner tablet device than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, but it's also a little bit heavier.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a way better looking display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a much better amount of pixels per display inch. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB.
