Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a lot better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a 79 score against 60.8. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has 10 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 construction is notably newer, but heavier and thicker than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a little bit better processing power than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a better screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also counts with a little greater screen pixels density.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 shoots way better videos and photos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a way better battery performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
