Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 68.5, which is much better than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's 62.3 global score. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the previous 4.2.2 version and Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has Android 4.4 version. Despite being the best we compare here, Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's design is a little thicker and somewhat heavier than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a bit sharper display than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a bit higher screen density, a higher 1600 x 2560px resolution and a bit larger screen.
