Comparison review
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a little bit better than the iPod Touch 5th Generation, with a overall score of 68.5 against 62.7. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a newer tablet than the iPod Touch 5th Generation, although it's a lot thicker and notably heavier. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 comes with Android 4.2.2 operating system, while iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with iOS 7.x operating system.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a greater hardware performance than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster), a faster graphics co-processor working at 450 MHz and a higher amount of RAM memory.
