Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has an overall score of 68.5, which is much better than LG G Pad 10.1's general score of 58.4. Both tablets in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has older 4.2.2 version and LG G Pad 10.1 has Android 5.0. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a a lot lighter and somewhat thinner tablet device than LG G Pad 10.1.
