Comparison review
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is way better than the Amazon Kindle Fire, having a 58 score against 42.5. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's body is newer, incredibly thinner and lighter than the Amazon Kindle Fire. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has 4.2.2 version and Amazon Kindle Fire has Android 2.3 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and better performance.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a much sharper display than Amazon Kindle Fire, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has much more pixels per display inch and a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Amazon Kindle Fire, because it has 8 GB more internal memory.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a really superior performance than Amazon Kindle Fire, because it has an extra graphics co-processor, a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and 1,5 GB more RAM. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 and Amazon Kindle Fire both count with very similar cameras. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's battery duration is very similar to the battery life in Amazon Kindle Fire.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 costs a bit more money than the Amazon Kindle Fire, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
