Amazon Kindle Fire Review

Amazon Kindle Fire is a low end tablet launched many years ago, having a quite big 7-inches capacitive display and a Dual-Core processor ticking at 1000 MHz.

Amazon decided to sell this tablet with a powerful 1000 megahertz Dual-Core CPU, included in a TI OMAP4 system chip and 512 MB RAM. A nice advantage of the Amazon Kindle Fire is its big 8 GB internal memory and whereas it doesn't include a slot for external memory cards, it should be enough to install hundreds of apps and games, but it probably wouldn't be suitable if you are fan of the largest games currently available.

This device is available only in color black. This tablet only has 7.48 inches long and 4.72" wide, but it is still able to fit a a 7 inches display. The Amazon Kindle Fire's thickness of 0.45" is quite far from nowadays standards, but it still feels in the user's hand. In this case, Amazon decided not to care about this portable tablet weight at all, putting together a 14.57 oz tablet.

This device has no cameras at all.

This device includes a good level 7-inches screen with a 600 x 1024 resolution, which makes all photos and videos look quite colorful and brightful. Its screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

This tablet provides WiFi capability (but it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a hotspot). The Amazon Kindle Fire doesn't have a sim card, because it's not a GSM enabled tablet.

This tablet is not very cheap considering it is priced $ 99, while other similar tablet devices can be found for much less money.
