Comparison review
The iPad 10.2-inch has an overall score of 79.3, which is slightly better than Apple iPad Air 2's 79.3 overall score. IPad 10.2-inch is a newer device than Apple iPad Air 2, although it's thicker and somewhat heavier. Apple iPad Air 2 features a little more vivid display than Apple iPad 10.2-inch, although it has a quite lower display density, a little worse resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and a bit smaller display.
Apple iPad 10.2-inch features just a bit better hardware performance than iPad Air 2, because although it has a 32-bit processor instead of 64-bits, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores. IPad Air 2 and iPad 10.2-inch both feature really similar storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory.
Apple iPad Air 2 counts with a bit better camera than iPad 10.2-inch. Both of them have the same resolution camera in the back, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, a same size aperture and the same video frame rates. The iPad 10.2-inch features improved battery duration than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has a 20% greater battery size.
Although iPad 10.2-inch is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the iPad Air 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPad Air 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPad 10.2-inch, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the iPad Air 2, letting go some features and specifications.
