IPad (2020) is much better than Acer Iconia W510, with a global score of 66.6 against 57.5. IPad (2020)'s design is way newer, lighter and somewhat thinner than Acer Iconia W510. The iPad (2020) features a more vivid display than Acer Iconia W510, because it has a much higher resolution of 1620 x 2160, a quite bigger display and a lot better pixel number per inch of display.
Acer Iconia W510 has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPad (2020), and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage, the Acer Iconia W510 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Apple iPad (2020) counts with a more powerful CPU than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and more CPU cores.
Acer Iconia W510 has a way better battery duration than iPad (2020). The iPad (2020) has a greater camera than Acer Iconia W510. Both of them have the same video quality, the same video frame rate and a 8 mega-pixels back camera.
Although iPad (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Acer Iconia W510. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPad (2020), else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Acer Iconia W510, letting go a couple specs and features.
