Comparison review
The iPad 3 is a little bit better than Apple iPod touch 6th generation, having a general score of 68.2 against 65.6. The iPad 3 is a incredibly older, heavier and way thicker tablet than the Apple iPod touch 6th generation. Both tablets we compare here work with iOS OS, but iPad 3 has 7.x version and Apple iPod touch 6th generation has iOS 12.x version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.
Apple iPod touch 6th generation has a bit better processor than Apple iPad 3. Both have a Dual-Core processor and a 1 GB RAM memory. The Apple iPod touch 6th generation and iPad 3 have extremely similar displays, because although the Apple iPod touch 6th generation has a lot worse resolution of 640 x 1136px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater display density.
The iPod touch 6th generation features a way bigger memory for applications and games than iPad 3, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity. IPad 3 has a very superior battery lifetime than iPod touch 6th generation, because it has a 1008 percent larger battery size. IPod touch 6th generation has just a bit better camera than iPad 3, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the iPod touch 6th generation also has a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
The iPad 3 is not only the best tablets in our current comparison, but it's also cheaper.
