Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a bit better than the Apple iPad 3, getting a 75.1 score against 69.5. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is heavier than Apple iPad 3, it's somewhat thinner and much newer. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, and Apple iPad 3 comes with iOS 6.1 OS. IPad 3 features a really superior performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
Apple iPad 3 counts with a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a really smaller display, a little lower screen pixels density and a lot worse 1536 x 2048 resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPad 3, because it has 1000 GB internal storage capacity.
IPad 3 counts with a way better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4. The Apple iPad 3 takes greater videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a much lower resolution camera in the back and a worse (Full HD) video resolution.
