The Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) has an overall score of 77, which is slightly better than iPad 3's score of 71.1. Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) is a newer tablet device, and it's also incredibly thinner and much lighter than iPad 3. The Apple iPad 3 has just a bit better looking display than iPad 9.7-inch (2018). Both of them have an equal resolution of 1536 x 2048px, a better pixel amount in each inch of display and a display with the same size.
The iPad 9.7-inch (2018) has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than iPad 3, because it has more internal memory capacity. IPad 9.7-inch (2018) has a better performing processing unit than iPad 3, because it has a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) captures a bit better photographs and videos than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) also has a back facing camera with a much better 8 megapixels resolution.
