Comparison review
IPad Air 2 is much better than the Apple iPad 3, getting a global score of 79.3 against 71.1. IPad Air 2's design is newer, extremely lighter and extremely thinner than Apple iPad 3. Both of these devices work with iOS operating system, but the iPad Air 2 has a newer 8.x version and Apple iPad 3 has iOS 6.1, providing the user some additional features.
IPad Air 2 counts with a little more vivid screen than iPad 3. Both have exactly the same 2048 x 1536 resolution, the same count of pixels in each inch in the screen and a screen with the same size. Apple iPad Air 2 has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad 3, because it has 128 GB internal memory.
The iPad Air 2 has a faster CPU than Apple iPad 3, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with more RAM and a 64 bits CPU. The iPad Air 2 has just a bit better camera than iPad 3, and although they both have the same video resolution, the same aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the iPad Air 2 also has a much better 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
IPad 3 has a really longer battery duration than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has a 57% bigger battery capacity.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the iPad Air 2 is also cheap compared to the Apple iPad 3.
