Comparison review
The iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) is a bit better than the Apple iPad 3, with a score of 74.8 against 71.1. IPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) comes with iPadOS 16.x operating system, while Apple iPad 3 counts with iOS 6.1 operating system. The iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) is a way lighter and extremely thinner device than Apple iPad 3.
The iPad 3 has a much more powerful processing unit than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024), although it has less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster). Apple iPad 3 counts with a more vivid display than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024), although it has a much smaller display, a little worse pixels count in each inch in the display and a much lower resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) features a much greater storage to install games and applications than iPad 3, because it has 256 GB internal memory. IPad 3 has a really longer battery duration than iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024). IPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) has a superior camera than Apple iPad 3, because it has a lot higher video resolution and a lot better 12 MP resolution back-facing camera.
Although Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPad 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPad 3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4, 2024), but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the iPad 3, letting go some specs and features.
