IPad 3 is just a bit better than Lenovo Miix 510, with a score of 71.1 against 66.6. The iPad 3 counts with iOS 6.1 operating system, and Lenovo Miix 510 works with Windows 10 Pro operating system. Although iPad 3 is notably older than Lenovo Miix 510, it's body is lighter and just a little thinner.
