The Apple iPad 3 is slightly better than Microsoft Surface 3, with a 71.1 score against 66.3. Even being the best portable tablet in this comparison, the Apple iPad 3 is a way older, just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker portable tablet than the Microsoft Surface 3. Apple iPad 3 features a brighter screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a bit greater quantity of pixels in each inch of screen.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit superior processor than iPad 3, because it has a greater number of cores and more RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much better storage for applications and games than iPad 3, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity. Apple iPad 3 counts with a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
