The Apple iPad 3 is slightly better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, getting a 71.1 score against 66.9. The Apple iPad 3 works with iOS 6.1 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 works with Windows 10 OS. The Apple iPad 3 body is lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but it is thicker and was released 8 years before.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a more powerful processor than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also has 3 GB more RAM. The iPad 3 counts with a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, a much smaller screen and a just a little worse display density.
