Comparison review
The iPad 3 has a score of 71.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 score. IPad 3 has iOS 6.1 operating system, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system. IPad 3 is an older, somewhat heavier and thicker tablet device than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. IPad 3 counts with a better looking screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a much higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to the Apple iPad 3 one, both have equal internal memory. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a bit more powerful processing unit than iPad 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Apple iPad 3 counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The iPad 3 features a lot better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the same video definition and the same video frame rates.
Although iPad 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
