Comparison review
The iPad 3 is a bit better than the Samsung Ativ Tab, having a 71.1 score against 66.7. Despite being the best in our current comparison, iPad 3's body is a little bit thicker and heavier than Samsung Ativ Tab. IPad 3 has iOS 6.1 OS, while Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT OS. The Samsung Ativ Tab has a bit more powerful processing unit than iPad 3, and although they both have 2 cores, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has an additional GPU and a higher amount of RAM.
The Apple iPad 3 features a lot better display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch and a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px. Apple iPad 3 has a very superior camera than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the Apple iPad 3 also has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
The Samsung Ativ Tab features a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPad 3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. The iPad 3 has a much better battery duration than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a 11560mAh battery size.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, iPad 3 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
