The iPad 3 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), having a global score of 71.1 against 70.2. Although it's the best portable tablet we compare here, the iPad 3 is a way older, thicker and much heavier portable tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016). The iPad 3 counts with iOS 6.1 operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
The iPad 3 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density and a little higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
