Comparison review
The iPad 4 is better than the Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), getting a 70.8 score against 62.2. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, and Apple iPad 10.2 (2020) counts with iPadOS 18.x OS. The iPad 4 body is somewhat thicker and a lot heavier than the Apple iPad 10.2 (2020). IPad 4 has a much better performing CPU than iPad 10.2 (2020), because although it has an inferior number of cores and less RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
The iPad 4 counts with a bit more vivid display than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), although it has a quite lower resolution of 1536 x 2048px, a quite inferior pixel quantity per inch of display and a little smaller display. The iPad 4 counts with a superior storage to store more games and applications than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has more internal storage capacity.
